The Brand
Sybaritic Boutique is a top women’s boutique in Delaware, specializing in luxurious and sustainable fashion for women aged 35-60.
It is a one-stop shop selling stylish clothing, animal-friendly handbags, and sophisticated jewelry for women.
The Challenge
The founder Himal Kamdar reached out to us in April 2022. The brand was moving to a new website and wanted to merge its offline list with the online Shopify dashboard.
It also needed help in setting up customer journey automations to target buyers at every touchpoint with effective strategies.
The brand also needed to grow the subscriber list and engage it with regular email campaigns.
The Solution
First, the RetainUp team helped the boutique in merging its customer data and then strategized communication for the list.
Merging Customer Data
The data from the boutique’s offline POSs was merged into its online Shopify account to segment and strategize the next course of communication.
Automations
We set up pre-purchase automations for triggers like welcome, browse abandonment, added to cart, and incomplete checkout. Furthermore, we created a cross-sell journey with two post-purchase automations.
Campaigns & Pop-Ups
The list was engaged with regular campaigns for promotional offers, new arrivals, and key dates relevant to the brand. We also scheduled SMS for the major promotions from the brand.
We also created various pop-ups for the website – a welcome pop-up to grow the list, promotional ones to drive traffic to important sales, and an exit intent pop-up for one last nudge before a visitor exits the website.
The Results
In May 2022, the boutique generated $14.9K from emails, 18.3% of its total revenue.
The pop-ups maintained a conversion rate of 1%-3% month on month.
The White Party campaign got a 49.33% open rate and a 1.80% click rate. Other campaigns maintained an open rate of up to 62%.
